Join our Global Benefits Team in Dublin. We have an opportunity for an experienced Benefits Analyst to join the team to contribute to and support the Global Benefits strategy for the Primark business. Our Benefits Analyst will be responsible for supporting a sustainable high-performance culture through the design and implementation of comprehensive benefits programmes.
- Supporting the management of benefits in the existing markets that Primark operates in and enhancing or changing our benefits offering
- Support the wider benefits team in providing advice & guidance to the business on a variety of strategic business initiatives & projects, from a benefits perspective.
- Ownership of benefit survey submissions and supplier relationships
- Support the development and implementation of global policies and processes in areas like pension and benefits for new markets
- Collaborate with P&C Business Partner colleagues to manage and consult on Benefits issues including queries and identifying opportunities for improvement in current processes and procedure
- Support the Benefits team on communicating our benefits offering to colleagues
- Provide analytical support including data requests, creating, and updating excel reports and analysing complex data as required
- Support with the management of the Primark’s medical insurances including leading the renewal processes, analytical support, and the communication of benefits to colleagues
- Day to day management of Benefits & Wellbeing budget, including managing invoices
- Day to day management of employee benefits including retirements and life assurance
- Managing benefit related tasks on our HRIS system, Workday.
What we’re looking for?
- Brand Ambassador for the Benefits Team
- Being able to work as one team as well as taking ownership of solo projects
- Previous experience effectively managing competing priorities
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working on own initiative
- Embrace Primark’s unique attributes; Inclusive , Ambitious, Current and Honest
- 3 years’ relevant experience in a Benefits Role
- Understanding of business strategies, competitive challenges and the financial impact of HR decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mind-set are essential
- Proficient in excel
- Experience supporting the delivery of Benefit related projects
- Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written)
- Degree in business or a similar discipline
