Human Resource Business Partner - People & Culture
Are you a HR Business Partner or HR Manager with 5+ years experience, the ability to engage, lead and inspire, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you as a People and Culture Business Partner in our Dublin HQ.
Based in our beautiful Global HQ in Dublin you will support and partner with the business by providing dedicated business unit specific, strategic and consultative services, to executives and line managers, related to the people issues impacting their business unit. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering; you will lead and deliver organisational change through identifying and driving the people agenda and the employee engagement agenda.
We are looking for an individual whohas strong consultative skills and highly effective in
communicating clearly and persuasively with the ability to influence at all levels.
We are also looking for:
- Managerial courage: The ability to stand by decisions and tackle issues and challenges appropriately. You will Work with your client group colleagues and line managers to deliver the people plan and always ensure it is high priority.
- Influential planning and organising and skills: Manage projects with a high degree of complexity, including organisational redesign, change management and other initiatives are a key attribute. You will partner and contract effectively with the Centres of Expertise (COEs) to deliver a people plan that fits your client group and Company strategies.
- Exceptional relationship builder:Build and maintain effective and trustworthy working relationships with your client group, Primark People and Culture Business Partner colleagues, Primark COEs and across the wider business. You will also coach and develop line managers, building their skills and confidence to successfully lead their people.
- Strategic and analytical thinker: Along with the Director, you will share accountability for the performance of your client group, so, ensuring the sharing of strategies with other People and Culture P&C Business Partners to create best practice and leverage organisational gains is a must. As a People and Culture Business Partner you should develop external networks that allow leading edge P&C knowledge and ideas to be shared in the business.
