Sourcing Administrator

Role: Sourcing Administrator

Purpose of role: To provide administrative support to our Sourcing Team
Reports to: Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of exit process including management of exit list and requests
  • Manage schedules for both internal and external meetings with suppliers
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence to suppliers (e-mail, letters.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data
  • Responsible for communications to our supply base and tracking response data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedure
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
