Role: Sourcing Administrator
Purpose of role: To provide administrative support to our Sourcing Team

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of exit process including management of exit list and requests
- Manage schedules for both internal and external meetings with suppliers
- Manage phone calls and correspondence to suppliers (e-mail, letters.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data
- Responsible for communications to our supply base and tracking response data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
