We are looking for a TA Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team in Dublin.
this is a great role if you are keen to explore your HR/ Recruitment experience. Working as part of a dynamic fast paced Team, bringing value add to candidate experience and to our business by supporting bringing in the right talent to Primark.

Our administrators provide the best assistance for our Talent Acquisition Advisors across all areas of Central Functions and BMD. Supporting with, diary scheduling, crafting & posting job ads, screening applications and helping to maintain an engaging Primark candidate experience. If you are familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, have previous administrative experience and excellent customer service, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate: Diary scheduling for interviews and telephone screens with TA team and hiring managers.
  • Communications: Send interview confirmations and all appropriate interview materials for TA team and Hiring Managers, including Microsoft teams details. Support with other candidate communications.
  • Candidate experience; Engage with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience. E.g. answering candidate queries in a timely manner
  • Job Ads: Support with job adverts across multiple channels.
  • Applications: Support with screening of direct applications
  • Collaboration: Support our TA team and P&C Business Partner team with hiring and onboarding activities
  • Systems: Update applicant tracking system to accurately track recruitment process and job status
  • Reports: Support with weekly and monthly excel based reporting tools

Skills & Experience
  • Administrative experience is essential
  • Experience using Microsoft suite of tools. E.g. Outlook, Microsoft teams is essential
  • Ability to be a positive brand advocate
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, desirable)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage high work volume and be able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn systems, processes and procedures quickly
  • Excellent customer service experience

Personal Attributes
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables.
  • Proven ability in managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills,
  • Operates with a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Be a proactive self-starter who is goal orientated, with the ability to work without close supervision
