People & Culture (HR) Manager


Location: Oxford Street West
Salary: £Very competitive; plus bonus (10%); medical benefit; 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and pension.

Primark Oxford Street West (Marble Arch) is searching for a People & Culture (HR) Manager.

Primark Oxford Street West is one of our busiest stores, with 2 floors, 71,000 sq. ft. of amazing fashion the store has in excess of 700 colleagues to make it an amazing store and shopping experience.

As the Senior People & Culture (HR) Manager you will manage a team of 7 to oversee all human resources requirements within the store. This can include recruitment; employee relations; training & development; payroll budgets; GDPR; employee engagement and much more. In addition you will partner with the Store General Manager to drive Primark’s people strategy, and support in their development.

Ideally you’ll be from a retail background, with experience on driving the HR strategy in an Area or single site role previously for a similar headcount.

A CIPD qualification is preferred, and you will have a proven track record in HR with a strong Employee Relations background. You’ll possess strong leadership and coaching skills which will enable you to influence and drive the people agenda.

Please note that this role involves working a 5 days out of 7 shift pattern on a rota basis.
