This role is working in our Cyber Security team and will be focussed on driving a strong security awareness culture across Primark’s offices, stores and depots. The role involves understanding security risks across our business and providing effective learning moments to address them. In this role, you will work with Creative Agencies, Learning & Development Teams and Security CBT providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advance the Security Awareness Programme, owning the implementation and delivery of key milestones.
- Work with our creative agencies to develop engaging multi-channel campaigns that meet brand standards.
- Manage vendor performance, ensuring deadlines and specifications are fully met.
- Work with key stakeholders such as Internal Comms and Learning & Development to ensure maximum effectiveness of Security Awareness initiatives.
- Deploy Information Security training modules to the business, ensuring that they are supported by the relevant communications channels in order to deliver maximum completion rates.
- Maintain and mature metrics tracking completion rates supported by escalation processes.
- Coordinate phishing simulations and ensure follow-up training is completed as required.
- Analyse trends in simulation results and develop ways to address specific areas of concern.
- Working with the Cyber Security Operations and Compliance teams to identify emerging vulnerabilities within the business and deliver bespoke awareness moments to address these vulnerabilities.
- Operate existing Security Awareness tools and ensure correct configuration. Develop processes to ensure data in security awareness tools is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure relevant materials are translated for adoption across Primark’s local markets.
- Support the communications aspects of key compliance activities such as PCI Accreditation.
- Liaise with Primark parent group to ensure strategic and operational alignment on Security Awareness.
- 4+ years of proven experience working with a focus on building and maturing security awareness (Candidates with a strong track record in areas such as Learning and Development will also be considered).
- Highly effective organizational skills and written English are essential
- Knowledge of Security Awareness Tools (Proofpoint desirable)
- Vendor management experience
- Relevant certification in Security Awareness such as SANS is desirable
- Possess initiative and be able to make quick decisions without supervision
- Be an excellent networker and demonstrate the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Be an excellent communicator and an effective problem solver
- Be capable of working to deadlines
