Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with on-site work from the store and one working weekend every 2–3 weeks

This role is tailor-made for you if you want to:

• Take full ownership of visual merchandising across a large-format store – managing a space that operates like a retail region, with multiple departments and high customer traffic.

• Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers – motivating, coaching and developing them to deliver outstanding visual standards across the store.

• Create a commercial store layout –designing impactful window displays, styling mannequins, and presenting collections in a way that reflects Primark’s brand identity and drives customer engagement.

• Collaborate across departments – working closely with other retail managers in the store to align visual strategy with commercial goals.

• Analyze performance and drive results – using sales data to evaluate the impact of visual decisions and propose improvements.

• Stay ahead of trends and competition – bringing fresh ideas and insights that keep the store visually relevant and commercially strong.

• Train and inspire your team – sharing your knowledge and passion for fashion, visual storytelling and customer focus.
  

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have several years of experience in fashion retail – ideally as a Regional/Area VM Manager, a VM Manager or Store Manager in a large-format store, where you’ve overseen complex visual operations across multiple departments.

• Know how to lead and inspire – you how to build a high-performing, motivated team.

• Give effective feedback – you know how to lead development conversations and support your team in achieving results.

• Combine creativity with analytical thinking – you understand how visuals influence customer behaviour and drive sales.

• Are confident in making decisions and managing priorities – especially in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

• Have a proven track record of implementing VM strategies that delivered measurable commercial impact.

• Are passionate about fashion and trends - and love sharing your expertise to elevate team performance.

• Are open to working morning shifts and weekends – you understand that’s part of retail and VM life.

• Speak English at a communicative level – it helps you collaborate in our international environment and participate in cross-border projects.
