Join our dynamic Product team as a Business Analyst to shape the future of our mobile app. We want to enhance our customer journey and engagement by providing a mobile app through which customers can interact with the brand. As a Business Analyst, you'll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from inception to launching the final product. Your work will directly impact the customer experience and drive business growth.

The Digital BA will be responsible for the eliciting and documenting business requirements as part the wider Digital Product team who are building digital experiences to delight our customers and drive growth of our business.
The Digital BA will also be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and delivery for a Product team, delivering changes prioritised by the Product Owner, and ensuring the overall scope and technical requirements for assigned sprints are understood and implemented.

Essential to the role is an ability to understand business processes, gather requirements and translate them into a Product-based delivery requirements that will allow the organisation to achieve its goals.
Working closely with a variety of stakeholders across Digital Product, Technology, the business, partners and suppliers, the role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of product and agile delivery methodology.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  1. Work closely with Product Owners and cross functional delivery teams to focus on value driven delivery that supports innovation, optimisation, and maintenance of digital products.
  2. Being a champion for the Agile way of working. Ensuring all standards and processes are followed and changes and improvements to increase the team’s productivity are implemented.
  3. Working alongside Delivery Managers to identify and remove impediments and obstacles on behalf of your team, and to create and update various status and productivity reporting.
  4. Builds and maintains a strong understanding of existing system and application landscape as a building block for future solutions.
  5. Conduct interviews, workshops, review documentation and evaluate business process to gather requirements and translate them into acceptance criteria for the Product team to work to.
  6. Support Product Owners to challenge business units on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs.

What You’ll Bring

  1. Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in Business Analysis role or business relationship management in a digital environment – mobile app development added advantage
  2. Industry or functional expertise validated through experience working in ecommerce
  3. An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience
  4. Preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent
  5. Good understanding of API integrations, Mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and familiarity with analytics
