Qualifications
What You’ll Do as a Paralegal
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of commercial legal strategies, processes, and investigatory work across the business.
- Provide company secretarial support, including organising Board meetings across all territories, preparing and circulating Board packs, taking minutes, and maintaining statutory books.
- Work closely with the Finance team on legal approval of financial statements for Primark entities and related treasury matters.
- Draft, prepare, review, and proof‑read routine legal documents, including contracts, deeds, NDAs, variation agreements, Statements of Work, and other agreements using company templates.
- Liaise with and support external legal counsel as required on routine legal matters.
- Support the Commercial Legal Team with general administrative tasks while maintaining effective communication and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
