What You’ll Do?

As a Recruiting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for our stores in Romania. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and store team to ensure successful hiring outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to support short- and long-term talent pipelines for our stores.

• Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and bringing Primark’s culture, values, and opportunities to life.

• Developing and executing effective candidate sourcing strategies.

• Proactively recommending and implementing improvements to enhance candidate identification and engagement.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for pre-defined roles.

• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date information on candidate status, vacancy progress, and recruitment-related reporting data.

What You’ll Bring?

• Proven recruitment experience within a large retail organization or recruitment agency – or both!

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to collect, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights. Comfortable interpreting ATS data to manage workload, identify risks, and ensure accuracy and system integrity.

• Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

• Advanced sourcing skills, particularly in identifying and engaging passive talent.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Fluency in Romanian and English (at a communicative/professional level).

• Willingness to travel for business across Romania as needed.
