What You’ll Do as a Product Owner – Payroll Technology Enablement
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to align on the vision and roadmap for payroll systems and services
- Provide subject matter expertise on payroll technology capabilities and how technology changes impact payroll and P&C processes and the wider payroll and P&C ecosystem
- Ensure operational continuity of payroll services, supporting incident resolution and BAU processes
- Oversee and contribute to payroll implementation projects, working with regional leads and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate across regions with the Head of Global Payroll, Global Process Owner for payroll, Payroll Transformation Manager, regional payroll managers, in-country leaders, and regional P&C leadership to ensure consistent and compliant payroll execution
- Support integrations between T&A systems and payroll systems
- Support integrations between Workday and payroll systems, with hands-on knowledge of PICOF and PECI integrations
- Represent payroll technology in cross-functional forums and governance groups
- Monitor service delivery, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

- 8+ years’ Product Owner experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
- 5+ years experience working in Payroll as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant, or Payroll Partner with payroll product knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting global payroll systems
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, including regional and in-country variations
- Experience with payroll implementations and/or transitions to third-party providers
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, internally and externally
- Understanding of P&C operations and how they intersect with payroll
- Strong vendor management, service delivery, and issue resolution skills
