Role: Primark Cares Solutions Manager (Textile Care & Repair )
Reports to: Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Purpose of role:
The Primark Cares Solutions Manager (Textile Care & Repair) will be a key role in supporting and driving the Primark Cares Product pillar. Ideally coming from a Product or Quality background, this person will be an effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to take complex problems and drive simple but commercial solutions. They will work with multiple key stakeholders and functions across the business, building strong networks both internally & externally.

What You’ll Do as the Primark Cares Solutions Manager
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- To support on the publicly committed target ‘strengthening the durability of our clothing’.
- Work alongside and support internal/external teams, to deliver on Loving Clothes for Longer.
- Scale the ‘Love it for Longer’ programmes across our markets, through a service offering and education lens, with a clear strategy on how this will look and feel for the customer..
- Embed and support in-country implementation, where applicable, a ‘train the trainer’ approach by country/region, and monitor effectiveness for workshops.
- Work with in-country ambassadors to maintain consistency of the program and that sessions are constantly exciting, educating and evolving.
- Prove impact on customer behaviour change and/or perception shift of Primark's efforts and measure for all consumer-facing 'clothing extension' efforts.
- Design, implement and analyse customer surveys, conducting follow-up surveys with post customer engagement enabling the tracking of changes
- Develop and drive social listening parties to support survey outputs Conduct follow-ups with post customer engagement with Primark initiatives.
- Develop and create a set of customer personas to map long-term engagement journeys, linking in with Customer insights and other areas of the customer function.
- Identify and implement the most effective means of educating customers to change behaviour. And measure the impact on customer behaviour.

- 5+ years of relevant, professional experience within either Product or Quality roles. Experience in a fast-paced, global retail environment preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of the Product life cycle and how to drive innovation and new ways of working as part of this.
- Passion for sustainability and driven to effect change in the industry.
- Depth of knowledge of fashion retail and product knowledge an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to learn and quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with stakeholders with different technical and cultural backgrounds.
- Works effectively with others to deliver common goals; readily offers support.
- Provides and shares guidance & expertise to the business
