The Junior Product Business Partner will work within the Brand and Customer Communications team (Visual Merchandising, Visual Communications, Fashion PR, Digital Communications, Social Media, Store Development, Creative and Marketing) in conjunction with the Buying Department, New Business Development team and Retail teams to link the product and marketing channels end to end, ensuring we maximise on creative and commercial opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Working with the Product Business Partner to translate a Product strategy into a Brand and Communications strategy, delivering a cohesive customer journey both globally and locally.
  • Collaborate and network with the Brand and Customer Communications team, Buying department and Retail to ensure communication channels are strong and good internal customer relations are in place. To support this process, take the lead attending key meetings with the Buying, Retail and Brand and Customer Communications teams, while also attending business macro strategy meetings alongside Product Business Partner.
  • Full ownership of the Critical Path Management with campaigns, Brand and Communication days and collaborations.
  • Ensure good working knowledge of business-critical plans within the buying department, Brand and Communications and Retail divisions.
  • Establish and maintain high impact relationships with a range of relevant internal (the Brand team, the VM Retail team, New Business Development team and BMD Department). Facilitate quality communication channels appropriate to the target audience.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within a Fashion Retailer.
  • Experience working in a Marketing/Brand or BMD (Buying, Merchandising & Design) dept is preferable but not essential.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
  • Effective planning and organisation skills, ability to balance responsibilities, plan and schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
