What You’ll Do

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

• Embed new ways of working with franchise partners, building scalable supply chain processes to support onboarding of new partners, territories, sourcing countries, and growing volumes
• Partner with Classification, Product Compliance, Quality and franchise teams to ensure accurate HS code allocation, import regulatory due diligence, and completion of all documentation required for smooth product registration and import
• Support Origin Inbound Operations by enabling franchise volume forecasting, monitoring origin KPIs, and ensuring system and document accuracy
• Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for franchise partners, managing queries, resolving issues quickly, and acting as an escalation point where required
• Coordinate Primark-to-franchise stock movements within the Primark network, working cross-functionally with internal teams (BMD, Customs, Depots, Quality, Compliance) and external partners to ensure speed to market
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the Franchise Customs Compliance Analyst and manage relationships with third-party stakeholders and advisers to continuously improve, automate and digitise supply chain processes

What You’ll Bring

• A degree-level education with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a franchise-based or complex global supply chain environment
• Strong knowledge of global logistics, supply chain operations, and import regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to review, design and implement new processes that drive efficiency and positive change
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with cultural awareness and experience working across diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), alongside strong problem-solving, planning and administrative capabilities
