You’ll take the lead in understanding our customers, bringing your team’s natural passion for great service to the surface and making sure every customer experience is perfect. Monitoring sales, supervising stock levels are in line with customer demand, making sure displays grab the attention and fostering a hardworking but fun environment in which your team members remain fully engaged will all be part of your role. It’s not for the faint-hearted. You’ll be calling on all your retail experience. What we expect from a successful candidate: - 3-5 years store-based retail management experience
- 2 years fashion value retail experience
- 5 years team leadership experience
- University Degree (desirable)
- Fluent English language C1 level
- Availability to travel
