What You’ll Do as Audit Coordinator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Audit Framework Development: Design and develop internal audit frameworks and plans in collaboration with Compliance, Risk & Policy Lead and key stakeholders.
  • Audit Execution & Collaboration: Implement audit plans, working closely with Internal Audit, technology, and local P&C leaders to assess and improve P&C operations and ensure timely delivery of audit requirements.
  • Policy & Compliance Review: Review and evaluate People & Culture policies, procedures, and practices for legal compliance, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Record Accuracy: Analyse internal systems and data to identify areas for improvement, monitor the accuracy of colleague records, and ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare audit reports, maintain thorough documentation, and support compliance with legislative requirements such as CSRD and GDPR.
  • Process Improvement & Risk Management: Identify compliance issues, recommend process improvements and cost-saving strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking: Demonstrates strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all audit activities.
  • HR & Risk Management Experience: Previous experience in operational HR roles, including exposure to risk management and understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Excellent customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Technical & Legislative Knowledge: Proficient with HR systems and technologies, and knowledgeable about relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Policy & Audit Expertise: Experience with audit management systems, familiarity with audit frameworks, and skill in reviewing and updating policy documents based on legal findings.
  • Adaptability & Coaching: Adaptable to working in a matrix structure, with awareness of training and coaching needs, and the ability to resolve issues and process transactions efficiently.
