Reporting into the Head of Franchise, the Franchise Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the Franchise team and their deliverables. This role involves supporting relationships with franchise partners Alshaya across entry to the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) and supporting future growth initiatives. The Franchise Coordinator will ensure all activities align with the overarching company governance framework.

What You’ll Do:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  1. Act as a representative and point of contact for the Franchise team, liaising with stakeholders and other business functions in supporting the delivery of key projects.
  2. Responsible for diary management, workshop co-ordination and planning for the team, including arranging sessions and booking meeting rooms and other facilities.
  3. Completing presentations (PPT, Word, Excel), meeting agendas, meeting minutes and follow up requirements in a timely and efficient fashion.
  4. Organising logistics for inter-team and wider company collaboration events.
  5. Act as a sounding-board for the Head of Franchise, discussing the approach to key strategic initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement. Offer insights and feedback to support decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

  1. 3+ years experience in a busy office environment
  2. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with solid planning skills to prioritise projects, manage schedules, meet deadlines, and analyse data while maintaining a high-level overview.
  3. Effective at managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.
  4. Be a collaborative individual with effective interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to diplomatically assert ideas with professionalism.
  5. Capable of rapidly understanding and integrating new information, and effectively navigating situations with unclear or incomplete data.
