This is a new and exciting role in a growth area of the business. Working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager and wider Digital Marketing team, this role will assist in the creation and management of our digital media campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with an understanding of developing digital media campaigns that wants to learn, grow and develop in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for fashion and great creative.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Digital Campaign Manager in developing effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Support in writing briefs for digital campaign requirements and reviewing content before it goes live
  • Work closely with our in-house media team for Click & Collect activity – focusing on briefing and executing strong creative content and creative testing
  • Work with our international teams to tailor any global campaigns for execution in local markets
  • Build close working relationships with internal and external creative teams to ensure we’re building the right assets for our paid media campaigns
  • Integration with the organic social and fashion comms teams to share briefs and asset management
  • Support in shaping and growing our content creator strategy
  • Work with channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Facebook, Twitter, Google etc.) and help to grow new channels
  • Research new developments and trends in digital marketing and communicate your findings to the team
  • Stay on top of creative trends within paid media, collating and sharing ideas with the wider team
  • Other duties and requirements as required by the business
What You’ll Bring
  • 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • An understanding across performance marketing channels and how campaigns fit into their success
  • Understanding of the latest fashion trends and how to market these to consumers
  • Hunger and drive to work in fashion retail
  • Commercially focused and able to interpret results (via analytical tools such Google Analytics)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in copywriting, excellent verbal communication and the ability to relay information to key stakeholders
  • Thorough attention to detail and experience of checking content for errors
