Retail TA Advisor / Recruiter  ( 6 month FTC)

Location:        Reading

Salary:             ££€€Competitive with 27 days annual leave and employer matched pension.

Contract:        Full time; Monday-Friday. 6 months fixed term.

The role involves travel across your assigned geography, with the expectation of working in a store/office 3 days per week.

What you’ll do:

At Primark we  do it our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role:

• Accountable for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle of Retail Management positions within your region
• Implement creative attraction strategies to generate top talent for the vacancies
• Ensure the Primark employer branding is reflected throughout the whole recruitment process
• Ensure the selection process is fair and consistent, in line with Primark policies
• Source talent and build and maintain effective talent banks for key roles and key locations utilising the CRM
• Effectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitment
• Update reports and provide comms to key business stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• A proven recruiter with an in-house or specialist agency background working in either Retail or Hospitality
• Understanding of the recruitment life cycle, inclusive hiring practices and the ability to identify and search for top talent
• Social media skills, with knowledge of how best to use a variety of platforms to attract talent in line with the company EVP.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence
• Passionate about doing a great job!
