Supply Chain at Primark 

Our supply chain team is the backbone of our operational efficiency. What You’ll Do as an Operations Manager     

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:   

• Work with our 3PL partner to deliver an industry leading safety culture creating a great and safe place to work. 
• Consistent delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through continuous improvement and collaboration with third party logistics partners 
• Work cross functionally with the digital and tech teams to drive continuous improvement into our click and collect pick an pack process.                                
• Consistently deliver world class service and accuracy to our customers                        
• Create and deliver an innovation plan that ensures the distribution centre is fit for the future through the delivery of new technology and automation 
• Work collaboratively whilst holding third party logistics and transport providers accountable to contractual KPI’s and metrics 
• Influence and deliver against agreed commercial targets and budgeted expenditure 
• Develop commercial proposals for automation and mechanisation projects that streamline the operation as volume grows. 
• Analyse data to understand the impact of changes to business strategy on the operation and represent the logistics function in the decision-making process

• Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive accountability and performance across the team 
• Develop and deliver the strategic plan for the support functions
