We are hiring a Global Mobility Administrator who will provide professional and proactive operational support for the Global Mobility Team. You will be part of the team that ensures that relocation and immigration aspects meet internal policy/compliance requirements and that colleagues are well prepared for their move. What You’ll Do:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Global Mobility Coordination: Support the end-to-end delivery of mobility services, partnering with internal teams and external vendors on immigration, tax, relocation, and travel arrangements.
  • Policy Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, explaining policy elements and advising P&C colleagues and assignees on application and exceptions.
  • Assignee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for relocating employees, delivering pre-assignment briefings, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial & Reporting Management: Administer budgets, purchase orders, and invoices, prepare cost projections, and deliver routine reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence & Projects: Maintain compliance and documentation standards, manage immigration expiry tracking, and contribute to process improvement and project initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • You will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational and people skills.
  • You will be good general IT awareness and have strong capability using MS office suite.
  • Your will have a flexible approach, adapting to the role and be willing to learn on the job.
  • You will have a strong client service and deliver ethos and be able to work with confidential information with care and discretion.
