This In Store Experience Lead role will sit within our Group Retail Operations division. The role will be responsible for the effective management and execution of projects and initiatives that will enhance the in-store experience for both our colleagues and customers across the businesses, whilst supporting the wider department in delivering our strategic goals to create maximum joy at minimum cost.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Lead multiple projects or initiatives in parallel and will need to manage key stakeholders and other departments with focus to deliver results at pace.
- Develop a strong understanding of our existing system and operating model that affect retail.
- Work with internal and external teams to identify new opportunities for development that fits Retails needs and challenge existing ways of working.
- Focus on driving improved store efficiency, enhance the customer experience or drive like for like sales.
- Work with and challenge other functions on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs.
- Have the ability to work in a team collaborating on different aspects of projects, ensuring that the objectives of all components are aligned, and that the delivered solution will work as an end to end process.
- Collaborate and support the wider Group Operations teams to meet the department strategic goals. This will include supporting on other projects not being led by you.
What You’ll Bring

- An in-depth knowledge of our operating model and ways of working in stores.
- Have strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into operational requirements.
- Possess the ability to work alongside management at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales whilst remaining agile in how you work.
- Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support the business and the Retail Operations team.
