This role is a key member of the Marketing Comms leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive license marketing strategy and engaging campaigns. Working with our breadth of partners, from Disney to Netflix to NFL, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful marketing communications for license campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Strategy: Develop the marketing strategy and channel approach across different verticals within our license partnerships. These include sport, music, Disney, TV/ Theatricals and flash trends
- Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across owned marketing channels. Own the end-to-end campaign process, from refining strategic propositions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Attend partner meetings and build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are aligned and delivered efficiently
- Performance Measurement & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Brand Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all communications and creative executions are consistent with both the brand and the partners’ positioning, tone of voice and messaging guidelines
What You’ll Bring

- Strong understanding of partnerships and brand relationships, and the complexities of ways of working
- Organised and process driven
- Strong budget management skills
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Experience with social media and influencer marketing is essential
- Strong background in developing high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences
