What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for our stores in Poland. You’ll work closely with Store Managers and store teams to ensure successful hiring outcomes.

In this role, you will be based in Warsaw. During the first three months, you’ll work onsite at our regional office in Galeria Młociny, focusing on onboarding and getting to know our ways of working. After that, you’ll move to a hybrid model – working three days from the office and two days remotely. You’ll report directly to the Recruiting Manager CEE.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and nurturing candidate pipelines to meet short- and long-term hiring needs.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering a first-class candidate experience that reflects Primark’s culture and values.
  • Creating and executing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to boost talent engagement.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for pre-defined roles.
  • Maintaining up-to-date recruitment data, status reports, and vacancy tracking.



What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in recruitment within a large retail organization, recruitment agency, or both.
  • A data-driven mindset – comfortable analyzing and interpreting ATS reports to manage workload and track progress.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented approach.
  • Strong sourcing abilities, including passive candidate engagement.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (professional level).
  • Flexibility to travel across Poland as needed.
