As Primark undergoes an exciting transformation, we’re looking for a skilled Learning Solutions Administrator to help guide this change—supporting the transition of key activities to our new Global Business Services (GBS) team, while continuing to provide outstanding support to our current colleagues.
What You’ll Do as a Leadership & Learning Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
As our Leadership & Learning Administrator you’ll be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Primark’s LMS and provide administrative support across the Talent Leadership & Culture Team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing system and course management within the LMS
• Providing first-line support for LMS-related queries and escalating issues as needed
• Ensuring all incidents are properly logged and resolved
• Supporting the transition of LMS activities to the GBS team
• Collaborating to define new processes and upskill GBS colleagues in LMS administration
• Work with external providers to setting up in-person learning events and sessions.
• Providing administrative support with our Leadership Development programmes
