What You’ll Do as a Marketing Planning Co-ordinator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Marketing Calendar Management: Coordinate global and local marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with macro campaigns and overall marketing strategy.
- Creative Brief Development: Partner with key stakeholders and customer business partners to create briefs for multi-channel marketing (POS, press, web, social, window schemes).
- Activity Alignment: Act as the central gatekeeper for calendar activities, ensuring accurate representation of local initiatives and alignment across customer and digital teams.
- Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver marketing activity, ensuring relevance and maximizing opportunities.
- Insights & Strategy: Collaborate with regional teams to gather insights and data, informing marketing strategies and supporting business objectives.
- Reporting & Presentation: Liaise with global teams to consolidate activity and results, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

- Marketing Experience – 1–2 years’ experience in marketing and campaign management.
- Agency & Partner Collaboration – Proven experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Self-Motivation & Teamwork – Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Organisational Skills – Strong ability to manage deadlines under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to Detail & Multitasking – High level of accuracy combined with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Flexibility & Problem-Solving – Approachable attitude with effective problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
