What You’ll Do as a Retail Operations Administrator
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the In Store Experience & Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Track and monitor projects, initiatives, and proof of concepts (POC/POV), supporting the In Store Experience Leads with timely updates and reporting.
- Create and manage purchase orders and validate invoices, resolving discrepancies and coordinating with finance or project managers for timely payments.
- Lead agreed initiatives that improve ways of working across the department and in-store environments.
- Gather and analyze data from stores and other sources to support projects and operational decision-making.
- Deliver ad hoc operational and executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties for the Group Operations function

- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver clear, effective messages.

- Collaborative and relationship-building abilities, fostering effective connections across functions and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a systematic approach with attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable experience in retail or project management, coupled with an interest in continuous.
