Talent Acquisition Advisor (6 month FTC)
We are hiring 2 Talent Acquisition Advisor’s to join the Central Functions TA team on a 6-month FTC. We are looking for 1 to support Technology hiring and 1 to support our Enabling functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain etc.

What you’ll do:
At Primark we do it our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role:
- Accountable for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle of Technology or Central Functions positions across our Global Head Office remit.
- Implement creative attraction strategies to generate top talent for the vacancies
- Ensure the Primark employer branding is reflected throughout the whole recruitment process
- Ensure the selection process is fair and consistent, in line with Primark policies
- Source talent and build and maintain effective talent banks for key roles and key locations utilising the CRM
- Effectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitment
- Update reports and provide comms to key business stakeholders
What You’ll Bring

- A proven recruiter with an in-house or specialist agency background
- Understanding of the recruitment life cycle, inclusive hiring practices and the ability to identify and search for top talent
- Social media skills, with knowledge of how best to use a variety of platforms to attract talent in line with the company EVP
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence
- Passionate about doing a great job!
