The Role:

As a People & Culture Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our team and drive the growth of our organization in Cluj. Join us in creating an engaging workplace that empowers every individual to thrive!

What will you do (the exciting part ):

• Active participation in recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Preparation of all HR documents.

• Preparation of the monthly payroll, including the control of accruals.

• Supporting managers in planning schedules for in-store colleagues.

• Daily communication with our in-store colleagues.

• Monitoring key employee and business performance indicators.

About You:

Your expertise and experience in HR will be instrumental in shaping our team and driving our success in Cluj. We're looking for dynamic individuals who:

• Thrive in fast-paced environment

• Have a background as HR Generalist or HR Specialist

• Possess strong communication and analytical skills

• Are able to organize and manage their own work effectively

• Focus on delivering results and finding solutions to problems

• Are proficient in Romanian and English, enabling seamless communication
