The Talent Assistant will be responsible for supporting the wider Talent Team with all influencer and talent facing activations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing communications, and ensuring seamless execution across influencer and talent partnerships. The Talent Assistant will be a highly organized and detail orientated, ensuring all administrative tasks are managed efficiently and accurately, while demonstrating a creative yet commercial flair. The Talent Assistant will also work closely with internal departments and across brand comms to ensure that the team operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Talent Coordination - assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Administrative Support - maintain databases, update trackers, travel booking, and support budget management and invoicing processes.
- Campaign Support - help execute influencer campaigns from briefing to delivery, including tracking content, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Manage & organise the day-to-day store pulls with influencers and external agencies – sending product for relevant influencer opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day incoming sample deliveries for influencer & talent activations, and ensure they are being recorded, monitored, stored and returned in a timely manner
- Communication Management - draft and manage outreach emails, contracts, and follow-ups with talent and agencies.

What You’ll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
- Graduate with a fashion based and/or PR and marketing qualification
- At least 1 year’s work experience working at an agency or in-house on a PR/Marketing team
- Keen awareness and interest in the social influencer landscape
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook are essential
- Be proactive & assertive reacting to key business requirements in a timely manner
- Adobe Photoshop and InDesign knowledge would be an advantage
