What You’ll Do:

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging vendor-specific training on current and future buying systems and processes.
  • Schedule new vendors for training courses or provide them with fun self-led materials.
  • Manage new vendor setup, including MSD tickets, to ensure they're ready to go.
  • Handle training queries from vendors with efficiency.
  • Create and manage training plans and send out invites to new vendors.
  • Structure and manage processes for all system training requirements.
  • Deliver system training courses via Teams or in person, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness regularly and update materials as needed.
  • Create and deliver best practice sessions to keep everyone on track.
  • Answer day-to-day queries on system and process issues.
  • Maintain updated training records on a shared site.
  • Track completed training courses for end users.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions with vendors to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Support cross-functional training management and administrative tasks with enthusiasm.

We want every person in our organisation to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a Buying role dealing with Vendors across EMEA and APAC
  • Training experience in development or delivery.
  • Experience with Flex PLM is desired
  • Effective communication abilities that allow for clear explanations of technical jargon.
  • Open and collaborative
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and deadlines.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the main business processes
  • Experience in presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • High attention to detail and always looking to make improvements to training content or delivery mode.
