We are hiring an experienced Change Partner to support the Primark Major Product Model Programme in the ‘Product Lifecycle management’ system pillar, which will be rolled out in 2025. PLM will transform how we manage Primark products for our internal teams and supply base.

This role will be pivotal in driving and embedding change to the business process and the supplier ways of working due to our new technology. Work closely with the Primark change and training team to continually assess, evaluate and deliver supplier strategies to maximise programme success in the short, medium, and long term.

What You'll Do:

  • Training and Development: Collaborate closely with the supplier training team to ensure all training sessions are attended and resources are easily accessible, allowing suppliers to seamlessly adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement based on supplier input and project outcomes.
  • Documentation and Resources: Ensure all changes are well-documented and accessible to suppliers to reference.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on supplier performance against established metrics to track progress and success.
  • Support Channels: Create clear support channels for suppliers to seek help and guidance throughout the change process.

What you'll bring:

We want every person in our organization to feel like they're making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you'll need for the role:

  • Significant experience in change management, systems implementation, new systems and suppliers onboarding across complex and varied environments, with a minimum of 4 years
  • Experience developing solutions and executing the core components using change methodology, translating these into detailed plans for Stakeholder and Communications, Supplier Readiness and Hypercare
  • Organizational planning and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Proficient in interpersonal communication, with the capacity to connect with various stakeholders and collaborate in a worldwide setting
  • Proficiency in both Bengali and English is essential
