What You’ll Do
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:  

  • Manage EHS data and KPIs by validating submissions, maintaining system records, updating KPI trackers, supporting reporting cycles, and preparing audit-ready year‑end evidence.
  • Administer EHS systems through user access management, configuration validation, notification setup, documentation of system changes, and first‑line troubleshooting.
  • Ensure system accuracy and compliance by maintaining data integrity, following SOPs, supporting GDPR requirements, and identifying recurring data or system issues.
  • Coordinate PPE management across all markets, monitor feedback from retail, and collaborate with EHS and Procurement to address gaps and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Support EHS training activities by aligning training regionally, partnering with L&D to maintain learning content, and staying informed on new training trends.
  • Facilitate EHS communications by liaising with internal teams, administering safety alerts and reports, and utilising internal communication systems effectively.

What You’ll Bring  
We want every person in our organisation to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role:

  • A strong foundation in data, business, or IT, supported by relevant qualifications and experience within FMCG or similar fast-paced environments. (EHS experience is not essential)
  • Advanced data management and system administration skills, with the ability to validate, reconcile, and maintain high‑quality KPI and audit‑ready data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, enabling effective reporting, tracking, and analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and the ability to spot inconsistencies or issues quickly.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling collaboration, clear guidance, and efficient resolution of queries.
  • A highly organised, problem‑solving mindset, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous process and system improvements.
