What You’ll Do as a Fabric Quality Information Coordinator

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and monitor supplier compliance documentation submissions through the Datalink portal across Health & Beauty, Toys, Food, and Home Fragrance categories.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely, complete, and correctly formatted PIFs, test reports, certificates, safety assessments, and regulatory documents.
  • Perform first‑level checks on uploaded documentation, following up on missing, incorrect, or expired files and maintaining accurate status trackers.
  • Coordinate the collation, review, version control, and renewal tracking of PIFs and GCC regulatory documentation.
  • Act as the key operational link between Primark QA teams, suppliers, and GCC franchise partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Support label, claims, ingredient, and warning reviews to ensure compliance with GCC regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reporting while supporting continuous improvement of documentation processes and Datalink workflows.
  • Provide administrative and regulatory support to QA and Product teams, including regional requirements such as Arabic translation and artwork approvals.
