What You’ll Do as a Digital Delivery Manager
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Maintain a unified delivery view for the domain, ensuring transparency of dependencies, milestones, and outcomes across teams and stakeholders.
- Drive clarity and governance by implementing outcome-focused processes that support continuous improvement and smooth flow across multiple Product teams.
- Provide simple, consistent progress visibility for stakeholders while minimizing disruption to delivery activities.
- Enable teams to focus on discovery and delivery by removing blockers, reducing noise, and streamlining bureaucracy.
- Lead domain-level planning and reporting, including quarterly ceremonies, dependency management, and translating agile data into meaningful governance updates.
- Manage risks, resources, and compliance by partnering with Governance, Risk & Controls, overseeing budgets, sequencing activities, and ensuring accurate reporting for all change initiatives.

- Possesses deep expertise in agile frameworks, cross-domain planning, dependency management, and data-driven delivery, leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement.
