What You’ll Do as a P&C Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Manage the Speak Up case management platform — log, categorise, track, and close cases in line with SLAs, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Coordinate case handling and triage — work closely with regional People Services, Legal, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to route cases appropriately and ensure consistent, compliant resolution.
- Prepare reports and support audits — deliver regular/ad hoc dashboards and insights for leadership and regulators and provide prompt documentation for internal and external audits.
- Support policy, compliance, and process improvement — contribute to policy updates, SOP development, risk assessments, and find opportunities for workflow automation.
- Provide administrative and data management support — maintain training records, manage document control, assist with compliance projects, and support People Services with data entry and reporting.

What You’ll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
- Experience with P&C systems, particularly Workday, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a similar P&C/HR support role, with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to work.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, working independently and using sound initiative.
- Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a positive, energetic, and can‑do attitude.
- A P&C qualification is desirable and considered an advantage.
