Location: Craiova, Electroputere Mall
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with on-site work from the store and one Saturday* every 2–3 weeks

This role is tailor-made for you if you want to:

  • Deliver P&C administration activities in your store, demonstrating trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all colleagues.
  • Support all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance (scheduling), training, documentation, providing and checking monthly payroll, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the Store Management team and P&C Team to deliver the people agenda.
  • Communicate daily with in-store colleagues.
  • Report on your activities and help keep our KPIs on track.

Because you’re one of a kind! You’re a perfect fit if:

  • You have previous experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. Retail experience is a plus!
  • You have practical knowledge of local employment legislation.
  • You’re highly organised, flexible, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen – we’re all about learning here!
  • You’re proactive, agile, and always ready to lend a hand.
  • You care about people and want to make a difference behind the scenes.
  • English language skills are a plus.

*In the week you’re working a Saturday, you’ll get a weekday off to balance things out!
