The Role

As a Team Manager you’ll have full commercial responsibility for a section or department in store and oversight of the tills and fitting rooms on your assigned floor.

Drawing upon your previous retail leadership experience, you’ll lead, coach and develop your team. You’ll maximise sales, provide an exceptional store environment and an amaZING customer experience.

A fashion background is not essential for this role but having strong coaching skills, a commercial mindset and exposure to a fast-paced retail environment is.
