Supply Chain at Primark
Our supply chain team is the backbone of our operational efficiency. Dive into the intricacies of supply chain management, contributing to the seamless flow of our products from production to delivery around the globe. Collaborate with a team dedicated to optimising our supply chain processes and bring your logistical expertise to our organisation.
What You’ll Do
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute daily and weekly supply chain reports, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.
- Maintain and update data across spreadsheets and supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support network and supply chain planners by updating trackers, reports, and short-term planning data.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to support volume, capacity, and operational performance reporting.
- Prepare weekly presentation packs and reporting materials for key business stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative and operational processes, including order tracking, PO administration, data validation, and issue escalation.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality reports.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting and filtering, and pivot tables.
- Confidence using PowerPoint to prepare clear and professional presentation materials.
- Experience with Alteryx or a willingness to learn; Alteryx knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow structured processes consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage routine, repetitive tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
