This role plays a key part in supporting the effective operation of the Supply Chain PMO. The primary focus is on monitoring programme progress, maintaining the overall programme plan, managing risks, and delivering consistent, high-quality reporting and dashboards. Given the scope of the programme, the role may involve periodic international travel aligned with key activities in the programme.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme plan, clearly outlining critical paths, dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
- Maintain PMO tools and artefacts to ensure effective governance and control across all projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and analysts to ensure consistent and accurate programme reporting.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and support independent programme assurance activities, ensuring risks and issues are well-articulated, owned, and tracked.
- Partner with the Supply Chain Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Support the Programme Manager with ad hoc analytical tasks to validate programme-level data.

- Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Experience working on large-scale programmes with strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Planisware Orchestra is preferable
