We are seeking an experienced Platform Manager - ServiceNow to lead the strategic direction, development and ongoing optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform delivers maximum business value through effective governance, innovation and operational excellence. Working closely with Technology, business stakeholders and external partners, the successful candidate will drive platform adoption, service improvements and long-term platform growth.

What you'll do

• Define and manage the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap and long-term vision.
• Lead the delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades and new capabilities.
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to align platform priorities with organisational needs.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security and availability across all ServiceNow services.
• Oversee third-party vendors, service providers and platform-related budgets.
• Establish strong governance, risk management and compliance controls for the platform.
• Lead, coach and develop platform and engineering teams to drive high performance.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience managing enterprise platforms, with significant ServiceNow expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and related capabilities.
• Proven experience developing and executing platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading technical teams within complex, large-scale organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile delivery methodologies and service management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
