Team:
As P&C Administrator you will provide administration support to the Compliance Risk & Policy Lead within the People Services function.
What You’ll Do as a Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Administer and maintain the central Speak Up case management platform, ensuring all cases are logged, categorised, and updated accurately.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-up, escalation, and closure in line with internal SLAs and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate with regional People Services teams to ensure consistent and compliant case handling across jurisdictions.
- Ensure all Speak Up cases are managed with the highest level of confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Support the triage process by reviewing initial case submissions and routing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership, audit committees, and regulatory bodies.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience using P&C Systems such as Workday is a distinct advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
- Experience and competence with business software such as Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast paced environment and work on your own initiative
- P&C qualification desirable
