What will you do?
As a Sales Associate, you will make our customers' days special every day.
In practical terms, you will be responsible for:
• providing a great customer experience, helping them choose sizes and styles, as well as with the purchasing and returns process;
• setting up the sales area to make it attractive to customers – this means keeping shelves stocked, changing rooms tidy and all new products in evidence, as well as keeping the stockroom tidy and well-organised;
• providing a fast, friendly and efficient experience at the till, when processing requests, as well as with cancellations and returns;
• receive the goods and bring the products to the sales area, ensuring that the price is correct and verifying that the products perfectly comply with our high standards.
Who are we looking for?
In order to offer customers fantastic in-store shopping experiences, your role is essential! Here is the profile we are looking for:
• you enjoy interacting with people and creating exceptional experiences;
• you are a person of values, with strong communication skills but also able to listen, share ideas and get involved when needed;
• you have good organizational skills and pay attention to detail;
• you are a highly motivated person and love teamwork, characterized by a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
• you have an interest in fashion and the latest trends;
• preferably, you have already worked in a retail context with high customer flows.
Based on experience, a part-time placement is foreseen with a variable number of hours:
• Part-time 18 hours: availability mainly on weekends is required;
• Part-time 20 hours: availability on shifts from Monday to Sunday is required;
• Job on call: availability on shifts from Monday to Sunday is required. For this type of contract you must be under 24 or over 55.
