What You’ll Do as a Service Desk Analyst
The work you do shapes the impact we have. We’re focused on providing you with the culture to reach your potential. Your wellbeing is our top priority.
- Deliver 1st & 2nd level support for P&C applications (Workday, BrassRing, Digital Learning, Time & Attendance), ensuring timely issue resolution within SLA.
- Handle service requests end‑to‑end, documenting all issues in the service management tool and ensuring high-quality communication with users.
- Conduct system training for employees and maintain up-to-date, localized job aids and FAQs for people systems.
- Support testing, corrections, and Acceptance into Service activities for new or updated services.
- Collaborate with external service providers and internal People Systems/Technology teams to drive effective issue resolution and represent Primark requirements.
Adhere to Primark security and data privacy policies while ensuring strong links and participation in team meetings and operational activities

- Highly Customer service focused, with a genuine desire to provide an excellent Service Desk experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyze and interrogate high volumes of information as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism
