As a P&C Manager, you’ll have real impact on creating and delivering People&Culture (HR) strategy to guarantee the success of our store in Cluj. You will be part of the leadership team and work in close partnership with the Store Manager and Store Management team.

What You’ll Do
As a P&C Manager, you’ll have real impact on creating and delivering People&Culture (HR) strategy to guarantee the success of our store in Cluj. You will be part of the leadership team and work in close partnership with the Store Manager and Store Management team.
Your tasks will include:
- Leading the core of our store's HR operations, managing everything from talent acquisition to fostering growth through learning and development programs, all while maintaining flawless payroll.
- Teaming up with the Store Manager to not just meet but exceed business goals by harnessing the full potential of our People & Culture function, setting a stellar example for our dynamic team.
- Nurturing a workplace environment where teamwork flourishes and communication flows smoothly, ensuring every team member feels valued and respected.
- Monitoring key HR performance indicators and creating plans to improve them.
- Developing smart strategies to make sure we use our workforce efficiently and keep labor costs under control for long-term success.
- Working closely with external partners to simplify payroll processes and make sure they're accurate.
- Leading and motivating our team by planning work effectively, providing guidance, and keeping spirits high, so we can achieve success together.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex HR activities (experience in retail industry would be an asset).
- A strong understanding of labour law.
- Knowledge of local payroll related regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience of leading a team.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in Romanian and English (at a communicative level).
