What You’ll Do

Life’s too short not to love what you do! So here's a taste of what you’ll be doing day-to-day for this role:
  1. Coordinating all our People & Culture administration activities in store for example, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training and development, engagement and well-being, performance management and employee relations.
  2. Responsible for the day-to-day line management of the P&C Administrator(s), prioritizing workload, coaching and developing on administration tasks and giving feedback
  3. Collaborating with the Store Management Team and the Store People & Culture Business Partner to support the delivery of the people agenda in store.
  4. Reporting on your activities and keeping our KPIs on track.

  1. Experience working as a HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a retail environment
  2. Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices

  4. Good Problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen – we’re all about learning here!
  5. Strong written and verbal skills, with effective and persuasive communication

The pay range for this role is: $20.50-$27.50
This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
