As Retail Designer & Visualiser, you will support the strategic development of our store environment through the creation of designs, 3D visualisations, 2D plans and presentation packs
Having a full understanding of global retail design trends, as well as knowing the basics of F&F design, ergonomics, fashion retailing standards and VM principles. You will work closely with the Lead Designer to create amazing designs and visuals which bring to life the briefings we receive from through-out the business, providing solutions which are on brand, budget, fit for purpose, meet stakeholder needs and inspiring our customers.
Your role will range from creating initial concepts with sketches, mood boards, materials sourcing research data decks through to full scheme development decks including visuals of the chosen scheme, presentation decks to demonstrate ideas back to stakeholders & Detailed decks for delivery purposes & helping manage the prototype and pilot store delivery.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Create designs for all ranges of retail display from individual fixtures through to full department concepts
- Visualise all concepts in appropriate rendering programme for internal presentation and review
- Create 2d plans to demonstrate layout principles, customer flow and calculate linear values
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current retail and design trends and competitor initiatives
- Work in close collaboration with internal teams (Visual Merchandising, Buying & Merchandising Planning) to ensure all designs are mindful of product density, linear requirements, hung to folded ratios
What You’ll Bring

- A relevant Degree in Design, and/or minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail design
- Knowledgeable about retail design standards and materials
- Proficiency in Sketchup and Vray and AutoCAD systems – must be able to produce good quality visuals for visual decks
- Proficiency in Adobe suite - predominantly Photo shop and InDesign
- Proficiency in MS office, Powerpoint, Excel
