Store Manager at Primark
As a Store Manager, you are the driving force behind the store. You hold full responsibility for both commercial and operational results. You lead your team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure the store is always performing at its best. You make strategic decisions that support the growth of the store and enable your team to perform at their highest level. In this role, you play a key part in the store’s success — setting the direction and making every decision count.

What you do as a Store Manager
In this role, you are responsible for the overall success of the store, both commercially and operationally. You ensure that the store and your team perform at their best, while making key strategic decisions to drive results.
- Lead the store and take full accountability for sales targets, costs, and overall store performance
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to support their growth and enable them to perform at their highest level
- Analyse market trends, make commercial decisions, and leverage networking opportunities to drive the store forward
- Own and deliver both short‑ and long‑term objectives, implementing strategies to achieve sustainable success
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding your team in customer‑focused service and strong product presentation
- Manage all store operations, from stock control to workforce planning, continuously optimising processes to maximise efficiency and results
What we’re looking for
- Several years of management experience within retail, with full responsibility for sales performance and budgeting
- Strong ability to influence, lead, motivate, inspire, and develop your team
- A strong commercial mindset, with a focus on maximising sales and controlling costs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, in both Dutch and English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage processes efficiently
- The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
