Compensation Manager (Dublin)

Are you a Reward Manager or Compensation Specialist with the ability to engage, lead and inspire with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience? If so, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you as a Reward Partner in our Dublin HQ.

Based in our beautiful Global HQ in Dublin you will have the autonomy to plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive global total rewards strategy and programs for Primark. Reporting to the Director of Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing, you will be considered the Reward expert with opportunities to research and bring in-depth understanding of external best-practices and innovative trends and apply them to Primark Rewards programmes and technologies.
We are looking for an individual whohas strong consultative skills, has worked in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage complex & multiple projects on a global scale.

We are also looking for:
  • Managerial courage: The ability to stand by decisions and tackle issues and challenges appropriately. Build, design and implement an innovative global reward strategy to consider both local and global business needs
  • Influential planning and organising and skills: Manage projects with a high degree of complexity, including evaluating the compensation and benefits landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations to the business.
  • Exceptional relationship builder:Build and maintain effective relationships while managing and collaborating with vendors and external partners, including managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services is delivered. Partner with P&C Business Partners and leadership on appropriate reward packages to recruit and retain talent.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker: Along with the Director, you will strategically assess the effectiveness of current compensation programmes across multiple markets, identify best practices and benchmarks; and develop recommendations for modifications to align to People & Culture strategy and business goals.
