As a Team Manager, you’ll manage an allocated section and work with the Management team to support the day-to-day running of the store.
You’ll lead a team of Retail Assistants in your designated area, develop their skills, and keep them engaged and motivated.
And, as well as managing commercial planning, stock management, planograms and so on, you’ll choose department merchandise based on your knowledge of what sells best where you live.

You don’t need a fashion
background, but you do need:
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent people skills

- Great commercial awareness
